I am Mauricio López, a Fullstack Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing web and desktop technological solutions. Currently, I work as an Applications Development Coordinator, specializing in leading small teams, requirements gathering, agile project management (Kanban), and vendor coordination (including SAP Business One). My focus centers on system performance, User Experience (UX) sensitivity, and rigorous compliance with business objectives. I am passionate about continuous learning and process improvement, solving complex problems to deliver high-impact results. When I'm not coding, I dedicate myself to enjoying my outdoor interests like cycling or running, exploring music and playing instruments such as guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele. I also enjoy planning my next travel adventure and continuing to cultivate experiences that inspire me both personally and professionally.

Start of Academic Training
I began my studies in the Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies at the University Center of Economic and Administrative Sciences (CUCEA).
2019
Professional Start and Graduation
In March, I started my professional experience at MDC dental. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies in December of that year.
2020
Consolidation as Fullstack Developer
I focused on developing web solutions (Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; Backend: PHP, C#) and began developing the external and internal website for the MDCminario congress, projects that were maintained for 5 years.
2021
Corporate Intranet Implementation and Coordination
The development of the Corporate Intranet was carried out. My role consolidated in coordinating development projects, including task management and planning, requirements gathering, and team coordination (supervising two developers).

Currently, I have over 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer and Development Coordinator. My work focuses on ensuring workflow through agile methodologies like Kanban, maintaining relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL), and coordinating with vendors for SAP Business One implementations.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of web and desktop applications aligned with internal business processes. Coordinate and supervise a team of two developers, ensuring efficient task allocation and meeting deadlines. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with internal stakeholders to transform operational needs into digital solutions. Maintain and optimize relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL), ensuring integrity and performance. Manage and plan development projects from conception to continuous improvement. Facilitate effective communication between business users, technical area, and external vendors for scalable solutions. Work with SAP Business One at the level of queries, reports, data maintenance, and coordination of implementations with vendors. Ensure workflow through agile tools like Kanban, focusing on iterative value deliveries.
Achievements:
Design, development and maintenance for 5 years (2020-2024) of the MDCminario Congress External Website, including attendee registration, Mercado Pago integration, online streaming control, and digital certificates portal. Development of the MDCminario Internal Administration Website, a comprehensive system that centralized registration, billing, order management, and real-time check-in of thousands of attendees, achieving 100% traceability of event information. Creation of the Internal Enterprise Project Manager, a task, budget, and expense management system that improved traceability, reduced errors, and centralized project information. Implementation of the Corporate Intranet (2021-2023), which centralized internal processes, communication, and management modules (projects, claims, complaints), increasing operational efficiency. Development of critical internal systems for the Quality Management System (External Complaints Platforms and Non-Conforming Outputs), ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance through automatic email notifications.
